How to Order?

Please simply send us an email, so that we are able to contact you and discuss detail of your order.

GlenScot Express offers you several simple ways to place your order. Here is a short guide for you. Remember WE ALWAYS ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDER, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND US YOUR REQUIREMENTS and state clearly about the things you want. Bulk orders or band orders may contact us for a special rate.

Detailed Ordering Information

Order Method	Description
Email (A few words is OK)	Send your order to info@glenscot-bagpipes.com
Mail	Send to P. O. Box 700, Tai Po, Hong Kong.

All orders please include your contact information, items name (code) and quantity, shipping address and payment method. You can also include questions and other comments. Please DO NOT pay until we accept your order and give you confirmation.

Payment Information

Payment Method	Description
Bank Draft or Cheque	Send to us by mail.
Cheque	Send to us by mail. all cheques will take several days for fund transfer. If the amount is under USD150, each foreign cheques should add USD15 more for banking fees.
Bank Transfer (Payment in Hong Kong only)	Hong Kong buyers can transfer the amount through ATM machine or local banks. We will not responsible for wrong payments, please ensure the bank account number and amount are exactly accurate before you do the transfer.
PayPal (Pay Online)	Pay through PayPal. It is very easy, safe and convenience. 8% service charge should be added.

All payment must be proceed after we accept your order and send you confirmation. Please advise your payment preference first. We will not responsible for any wrong payments.
